Oh ya, the Florida State Seminoles are currently 3-4. Despite the fact that all of the games that they have played have been close (except when they blew out #7 BYU 54-28), Ponder still gets no credit and no respect in the NCAA. Despite the fact that the ESPN faggits that keep talking about Tim TeBag Tebow as the greatest of all time…whose stats cannot compare to Ponders so far in this 2009 year. Ponder beats Tim Tebow in every single offensive category except rushing. That’s it, rushing. Sure things could change…they usually do as there are 4 more games (plus bowl games if FSU gets one), but what I want to know is why the fuck everyone is on Tebow’s nuts as the best QB?
What if Florida’s defense switched with FSU’s defense for one game? Wait, then Florida would lose if they were playing any decent team. Let me get this straight…Florida’s defense is sick, and talented, and the Gators offense since Percy Harvin left, is mediocre. If Florida did not have the killer defense that they do….they would have a shitty record. Percy Harvin was the heart of the Gay-tors offense, not Te-Bag Playboy model evading TeBow.
So why the fuck is Ponder not mentioned as one of the greatest QB’s this season? Easy, look at FSU’s record. Look at there defense, one of the worst in the nation…..they are the worst since I have been alive. But despite the fact that the FSU defense gives up an average of 30 points a game, do not blame that on the quarterback, give Christian Ponder a shot at the Heisman.
I will keep this updated every game as if I were an NFL coach looking for a quarterback for my team, I would sure as hell want Christian Ponder over any of the other current college quarterbacks. Just look at the stats, and look at the teams they played.
